A Letter of Intent (LOI) was co-signed between HE/Eng. Mohamed Ben Amor, AICTO Director-General, Mr. Mario Franco and Mr. Mike Bridge, respectively President and Vice-President of Millennium@EDU Sustainable Education, on Thursday 28 January, 2016 at AICTO headquarters, in Tunis, in the presence of HE/Dr. Abdellatif Abid, Vice-Secretary General of the League of Arab States – Head of the center of Tunisia, and HE/ Mr. Pedro Manuel Carqueijeiro Lourtie, the Portuguese Ambassador to Tunisia.
