Dave Prescott

DP photo Dave Prescott is a collaboration specialist with nearly 20 years’ experience, working across the SDGs, with a particular focus on the role of business in development. He currently works as a private sector engagement associate with the Global Partnership for Education, providing input into the business engagement strategy.

He is also a senior associate with The Partnering Initiative, leading on the development of partnering policy papers and toolkits (on non-communicable disease, and on Zambia). He has also worked as an independent consultant with the Global Green Growth Forum, the Commonwealth Secretariat and the International Council on Mining and Metals.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant in 2004, Dave worked in the corporate membership team at the International Business Leaders Forum. He has a degree in social and cultural studies from the University of Nottingham and a postgraduate diploma in journalism from the London School of Journalism. He lives in the UK with his wife and two daughters.
