2006/2010 – Advisor for ICT to the Ministry of Public Works, Transports and Communications of Portugal.
2009/2011 – Board Member of the Foundation for the Mobile Communications
2011/2016 – Executive Board Director of the E.xample Consortium – Internationally representing the Portuguese industry of educational technologies.
2011/2017 – CEO of Educanology.

Portugal representative in several meetings and international forums of ICT in Education, in countries such as: Andorra; Angola; Algeria; Argentina; Belgium; Bolivia; Cape Verde; Colombia; East-Timor; Mexico; India; Panama; Peru; Puerto Rico; Spain; St. Vincent and the Grenadines; Trinidad and Tobago; United Kingdom; USA.
