GM, WW OEM Education
Jordan Chrysafidis is the General Manager of Microsoft Corp.’s OEM Education group. Jordan and his team are responsible for defining and executing WW strategies, programs and campaigns with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to drive sales of OEM devices and Microsoft Education solutions. Jordan also oversees all sales and marketing through the OEM distribution and reseller channel.
Mr. Chrysafidis has held a wide variety of marketing roles since joining Microsoft in 1993. Prior to joining the WW OEM Education division, he has served as VP, US OEM Sales and Marketing, where he was responsible for the development and follow through of tactics to drive the overall hardware ecosystem. Other positions include: the Vice President of Worldwide OEM Marketing, the Vice President of Corporate Accounts Sales, Marketing and Operations for Microsoft’s US subsidiary where he oversaw the development of business plans that are key to managing the overall sales, marketing and operational activities of the US Small, Medium Customer and Partner segment; and the Vice President, Business and Marketing Officer for Microsoft Canada where he was responsible for overall subsidiary strategic planning, marketing & public relations and business operations.
Prior to joining Microsoft, he worked as a business development and sales consultant for a large North American IT services organization. He holds an Honours Science and Business Degree from the University of Waterloo. Mr. Chrysafidis has also served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Marketing Association, as Director-at-Large.
In his spare time, Mr. Chrysafidis enjoys outdoor activities, fishing and alpine skiing.
