Steph is a teaching & learning expert who specializes in delivery practices to positively impact technology leaders and education policy makers supporting the complexities of global digital transformation. Steph has 12 years’ experience in the education space working across PK-20 environments. As a mixed methods researcher, she focused on classroom engagement technologies such as wearables and devices which utilize computational linguistics and machine learning to measure outcomes. She is currently an Education Transformational Leader for Microsoft in their Global Education Division and continues to support the higher education community as an adjunct professor for the University of North Texas. Prior to her university level work, she was a teacher leader in primary and secondary schools across general and special education settings. She holds a B.S in Psychology, an M.Ed. in Teacher Leadership and a Ph.D. in Learning Technologies.
