Zhan Ding is a senior technology and business executive with more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, education systems, and large-scale digital transformation. He currently serves as General Manager of Sales and Business Development at SIXUNITED, where he supports international initiatives focused on AI-enabled educational technologies and digital learning infrastructure.
Prior to this role, Zhan spent over 22 years at Microsoft, including as Director, Account Technology Strategist, where he collaborated with global technology partners, educators, and public-sector stakeholders to enable the adoption of AI, cloud, and intelligent computing solutions at national and institutional levels.
Through his work with Millennium@EDU and in collaboration with regional organizations such as ALECSO, Zhan contributes to programs that explore how Artificial Intelligence can strengthen education policy, support teachers, improve learning outcomes, and develop future-ready skills, while ensuring inclusion, ethics, and sustainability.
In policy-focused forums, Zhan brings a practical perspective on how governments and education leaders can translate AI strategy into implementation, aligning technology innovation with curriculum development, teacher empowerment, and long-term national education goals.
