Critical Links, Inc., a pioneer in delivering innovative e-learning infrastructure for the next generation of schools, especially in infrastructure-challenged environments. Mr. Foley has over 30 years of leadership experience in the technology sector in both private and public companies, addressing critical issues across multiple segments of the technology marketplace. Mr. Foley heads the company’s leadership team with a focus on governance and strategic direction.

Mr. Foley has deep experience in the technology world. In addition to his role as Chairman for Critical Links, Mr. Foley is currently the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Talon Storage, a leader in the area of cloud storage consolidation. Prior to Talon, he was Chairman & CEO of Watchful Software, a leader in the field of data-centric information security solutions (acquired by Symantec in 2016).

Mr. Foley was also Chairman & CEO of TimeSight Systems, Inc., an innovator in digital surveillance and storage systems. Prior to TimeSight, Mr. Foley was President of Tacit Networks, Inc., designing the marketing and business development strategies that led to their acquisition by Packeteer (NASDAQ: PKTR) in 2006.

Before Tacit Networks, he served as Chairman and CEO of InfiniCon Systems, Inc., a leader in high-performance datacenter networking systems, where he built and led the company to a leadership position in the high performance computing sector; the company was subsequently acquired by QLogic (NASDAQ:QLGC). Prior to InfiniCon, Mr. Foley served as EVP & CTO of INRANGE Technologies, a successful leader in the storage networking field. While at INRANGE, Mr. Foley was Project Manager for an extremely successful IPO (NASDAQ: INRG) which reached a $5.5B market cap while revenues rose rapidly from $185M to $265M in just two years. Prior in his career, Mr. Foley served as VP, Worldwide Marketing & Strategy for Amdahl (subsequently acquired by Fujitsu), and has also held senior positions at IBM and Memorex-Telex,Inc., and Board of Director positions at publicly-traded NEI, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEI), and privately held Cluster File Systems (acquired by Sun Microsystems).

In addition to Critical Links, Inc., Mr. Foley serves on the Board of Directors for Modern Robotics, Inc., a leader in the field of IoT/Robotics education, as well as Instamour, Inc. in the online social relationship sector, and Delphine Acquisitions in the real estate investment banking arena, while also holding advisory positions with American Technology Solutions, Xenovus Software, RackWare, Inc. and myPlanit
